A new back-end update on SteamDB for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle suggests that Denuvo has been added a few days before launch. MachineGames has introduced the anti-cheat without announcing it publicly beforehand.

Denuvo’s sudden addition has upset many players, as most of the community thinks it will ruin the performance of the resource-intensive entry. This move came to light when netizens on the forums were already furious over the game’s high-end system requirements. 

It is worth noting that the Steam page for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle does not show the disclaimer for Denuvo at the time of writing. However, that might change in the near future.
