As the industry approaches October, the official Counter-Strike Twitter account’s mysterious question raises speculation. They hint at a potential release on September 27 by asking,
“What are you doing next Wednesday?”
Those familiar with Valve’s antics know very well that the company likes to tease before dropping a major update/release.
The last time Valve teased the community like this, they released the free-to-play update and the Danger Zone game mode. Valve certainly appears to have something big in store, regardless of the Counter-Strike 2 release date next week.
Since its big announcement, Counter-Strike 2 has been going through rigorous testing. Testers, carefully chosen from the active player base of CS:GO, have been reporting bugs and gameplay issues to Valve.
