Ryzen 9 9950X3D & 9900X3D In 2025!

AMD’s next-generation 3D V-Cache Ryzen 7 9800x3D is going to launch next month. The rumors come from Ciphell Forums, which tell us that the Ryzen 7 9800X3D 3D V-Cache CPU will launch in late October or early November. The other high-performance CPUs, like the Ryzen 9 9950X3D and the Ryzen 9 9900X3D, will launch early next year.

Why it matters: The Ryzen 7 9800X3D has a lot of hype behind it, as it is being called the ultimate processor for elite gaming

AMD Ryzen 9000X3D 3D-V Cache CPUs

When it was introduced some time ago, the Ryzen 7000X3D was unrivaled in terms of gaming. It was unmatched by both the AMD Ryzen 7000 and the finest Intel processors; the same was true when the AMD 5000X3D was introduced years earlier.

Because of this, even though the AMD 9000 didn’t quite take off, the AMD 9000X3D will be able to correct AMD’s errors and please PC gamers once more.

We now have new details regarding the matter, despite rumors a month ago that they would be postponed until CES 2025. The leaks indicate that at least one of the CPUs will launch this year, and the other two models are expected to launch in 2025.

Should everything proceed as planned, the 8-core machines with X3D will be the greatest for gaming, with the remaining models providing very good performance but catering to individuals who also want to use them for work. As AMD has done for multiple generations, the Ryzen 9900X3D and Ryzen 9950X3D will also continue to offer 12 and 16 cores, respectively.

Another fact about the Ryzen 9800x3D is that it will not be overclocked. So, its performance will not increase, but that should not be a problem as it already performs much better than most CPUs.
