Tower 500 Specifications

Thermaltake’s tower series has always been well appreciated by its users and for all the right reasons. Thermaltake has always tried to design their cases aesthetically without compromising the case’s functionality, such as cooling options and spacious interior. The newest additions are simply aiming to achieve the same success. The Tower 500 is confirmed to be in the size of (H)608 x (W)388 x (D)388 mm, which is something that was missing from the tower series of Thermaltake. The tower series already has the Mini-Tower chassis, which is slightly smaller than the new tower 500 and the well-known Super-Tower 900 chassis, which is slightly bigger than the tower 500.

Key Features

The new Tower 500 will still have all the bells and whistles of the tower series, which includes the panoramic view featured with three 4mm tempered glass windows at the front, left, and right sides of the case. This gives it a clean look and something that will be very well appreciated by people who are always looking to have the cleanest built possible. The unique design of the tower 500 offers enough space for neat cable management and a lot of cooling options, so the components are always kept at the desired temperature.

Spacious and Clean

Thermaltake, together with the design of the tower 500, has also given equal attention to the functionality of the chassis as it has featured a lot of hardware expandability, with room for an E-ATX (12″ x 13″) motherboard, up to eight 3.5″ HDDs, and a 355 mm long triple-slot VGA card, as well as a large variety of cooling options, including a 275 mm tall CPU cooler and up to eight 120 mm or six 140 mm fans. Apart from that, both AIO and DIY cooling configurations will fit because the internal capacity allows for a 280 mm radiator on top and a 240 mm radiator on the bottom. Lastly, there are often times when users get confused or struggle to route the tubes properly. Still, Thermaltake has designed the new chassis to have a lot more internal space, which enables users to quickly figure out how to properly route the tubes with a water block and radiator on the same side of the chassis.

Launch Date

By the second quarter of the year 2022, the Tower 500 Mid-Tower Chassis will be available for purchase which means the PC enthusiasts and all the fans of the tower series will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on the latest edition.
