G.SKILL Pushes DDR5 Efficiency!

[Press Release] G.SKILL has unveiled an ultra-high-speed DDR5 CU-DIMM memory kit capable of running at DDR5-9200 speeds while operating at only 1.1V DRAM voltage. The 32GB kit, configured as 2x16GB, features CL74-74-74-148 timings and was validated on the MSI MEG Z890 GODLIKE motherboard with the Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus processor.

The achievement highlights G.SKILL’s memory engineering and IC selection process, delivering extreme DDR5 frequencies at standard JEDEC voltage levels. Lower voltage operation helps reduce power consumption and thermal output while maintaining high memory bandwidth for gaming, AI workloads, and professional applications.

G.SKILL also confirmed the kit passed stress testing on the MSI MEG Z890 GODLIKE platform. DDR5-9200 speeds were previously more common on specialized 2-DIMM overclocking motherboards, making this demonstration on a 4-DIMM design a notable milestone for modern desktop platforms.

The memory kit will be showcased during Computex 2026 at G.SKILL’s booth in Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1.
