CSO-DIMM Form Factor Showing A Lot of Promise!

[Press Release] G.Skill is flexing its DDR5 CSO-DIMM memory with new benchmarks that achieve groundbreaking speeds of DDR5-8133 at a 48GB(2x24GB) capacity. This DDR5 CSO-DIMM showcase has been made possible thanks to ASRock’s DeskMini B860 system, which provides outstanding memory overclocking.

For the unaware, the CSO-DIMM form factor has a clock driver on the compact SO-DIMM design. It is also supported by Intel’s newest Core Ultra 200 lineup.

As per G.Skill, the overclock was achieved using the ASRock B860M-STX motherboard and Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor. Together with this combo, the memory kit was pushed to DDR-8133 CL46-52-52-130.

Elsewhere, ASRock brings an exciting set of features to the table with its DeskMini B860 series. With support for quad-independent displays and Intel Thunderbolt 4, this collaboration between G.Skill and ASRock promises to be quite promising for the prebuilt PC market.
