Star Wars Jedi: Survivor To Include Fast Travel And Rideable Creatures

Fast Travel Confirmed!

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set to release in just a few months, and the hype for Respawn’s second Star Wars game is higher than ever before. The first game introduced a great combat system with an expansive world for players to explore, and the sequel promises an even better experience.

Recently, GamesRadar talked with Director Stig Asmussen to learn more about the game. Among the other details, the Director has revealed that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will feature a much-requested fast travel mechanic

It has also been revealed that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will add creatures that players can mount for traversal worldwide. The mounts and fast travel mechanics will allow the player to reach their objectives faster than the previous game allowed.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order came with a large world with large areas and shortcuts for players to explore. Players often complained that the lack of fast travel sometimes made it difficult to return to certain areas or reset progress if lost at a certain point.

However, this will no longer be a concern with the upcoming title. The game was also recently delayed by six weeks, allowing Respawn Entertainment more time to polish up the game and live up to their high standard of quality game releases.

Respawn also works on a story-driven first-person shooter in the Star Wars universe. The project was announced earlier last year, but details are currently limited.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is set to release on April 28, 2023, and Respawn’s latest title is among the most anticipated games of 2023. With a talented team behind the project, fans are hopeful that the game will become a great addition to the Star Wars games.
