The Silent Hill video games have always been hugely popular, and players worldwide have loved them. However, the Silent Hill brand has lain dormant for a while. However, new leaks have suggested that the series will finally be revived.

The Silent Hill franchise has been the subject of numerous rumors regarding attempts to bring it back, and it looks like the rumors were true, as recently, a Twitter user going by the handle @Alej135 tweeted (now taken down) some screenshots that appeared to be from an early prototype of the Silent Hill 2 Remake.

Even though the screenshots are very poor in quality, we can still tell that the game would look perfect in terms of visuals. Since this is not the game’s final appearance, it will be even better when it is ultimately unveiled.

According to Dusk Golem, a well-known leaker who has previously disclosed some details about the game, these leaked screenshots are from an internal pitch demo created by Bloober Team before the project was approved.

If the rumors are accurate, we hope Silent Hill 2 is just as successful and performs as anticipated as the original Silent Hill 2, released in 2001.

This is the limited information we have now, but we will look for more news regarding Silent Hill 2 Remake. On that note, what do you think about a Silent Hill 2 Remake in the works? Are you a fan? Let us know in the comments section.
