- Luke Dale, the voice behind Hans Capon, wants a Kingdom Come Deliverance set during the Hussite wars.
- The rich historical event could make some really good stories as per the voice actor.
- However, the problem of time and development costs arises with such a pitch.
Being hailed as 2025’s greatest release, Kingdom Come Deliverance is still making headlines in the gaming world and will continue to do so for a very long time. With one of the most successful RPG releases ever, Warhorse Studios has a busy road ahead, with fans expecting much more from the franchise.
Despite being less than two months from the game’s initial release, fans have already started to demand a threequel for the franchise. Sir Hans Capon’s voice actor talks precisely about that, pitching the third entry set during the Hussite Wars.
Why it matters: Kingdom Come Deliverance has done an amazing job representing the real-life historical events and characters of 15th-century Bohemia. However, the series can potentially cover many more events, and the Hussite Wars are a good start.
In an interview, Luke Dale, the voice behind Sir Hans Capon, was asked what his version of a future Kingdom Come Deliverance game might look like.
If money wasn’t a problem and time wasn’t a problem I’d take us to the Hussite Wars I think that’s an incredibly incredibly Rich part of history
Luke mentioned the potential problems of such a threequel, involving a huge developmental budget and time. Just for reference, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2’s script took 6-7 years to make.
The voice actor adds that the setting could give birth to some really great stories with a lot of history behind the lore.
For those not familiar, the Hussite Wars were religious wars that spanned Bohemia. The clash between the Hussites and the combined Catholic forces lasted from 1419 to 1434.

Fortunately, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 also takes place a bit prior in 1404, which makes such an event possible. However, Warhorse Studio would have to expand the scale more this time, generating whole scales of battles. Still, that doesn’t mean they can do so.
