Gameplay Coming Soon!

Payday 3 from Starbreeze and Prime Matter has been developing for a while. The franchise has become popular for its co-op heist shooter gameplay, and a new entry is expected to arrive soon.

While the release date is yet to be decided, Payday 3 will come to consoles and PC in 2023. The developers have also revealed another teaser trailer, and it is now confirmed that a gameplay trailer will come later this summer.

Why it matters: Now that fans have learned about the gameplay reveal, the anticipation around the game will continue to increase. The gameplay trailer should also reveal many things about the game.

Payday 3 gameplay may be revealed at the PlayStation Showcase, Xbox Games Showcase, or Summer Games Fest.

All three events are expected to be held close to each other, with Summer Games Fest confirmed for June 8. Judging by the heavy third-party presence at previous Summer Games Fest events, this would be the most likely event for the Payday 3 gameplay.

The previous Payday games were quite popular, attracting many fans with their intense FPS gameplay. However, the franchise has been dormant for some time, but this will change soon.

With Payday coming back, fans are hoping that the game will live up to its previous entries. The gameplay trailer should give fans a good look at the game, along with the new additions to the franchise, setting expectations for the upcoming title.
