During a recent interview with IGN, Saber Interactive Chief Creative Officer Tim Willits discussed the success of Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 and stated that the team is already planning its DLC

He further stated that the developers are catching their breath at the moment, as the game has only been out for two weeks. While the developers have massive plans for its future, they just need to let the dust settle.

The Chief Creative Officer has also promised the franchise’s fans that he won’t disappoint them with future updates and has plans to release updates for Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 for a really long time.

When talking about the Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 3, Willits says that they would just love to work on it, but they have some things to figure out before that. So, a sequel seems imminent now.
