Mortal Kombat 12 Reveal Expected Next Month

Prepare For Mortal Kombat!

Mortal Komat is one of the most popular and beloved fighting franchises, and the series has not seen a new installment since Mortal Kombat 11 in 2019.

According to a recent discovery, the game generated $500 million in profit. After the last game’s success, Warner Bros Discovery also confirmed Mortal Kombat 12 in an investor call.

With the game expected to release before the end of the year, fans are eagerly waiting to know more about the latest installment, and it seems like more information is coming next month.

Jez Corden, a well-known leaker, has hinted that fans might get a Mortal Kombat 12 reveal next month.

Maximilian Dood, a popular Youtuber, and Twitch streamer, was playing Mortal Komat 9. After the stream ended, he took to Twitter, hoping Mortal Komat 12 would have the same speed as Mortal Kombat 9 in decision-making.

JezCorden replied to his tweet, stating:

“I think you’ll find out more next month.”

This could mean that NetherRealm Studios plans to announce the game next month. In December last year, Ed Boon stated that Mortal Kombat 12 would be revealed within half a year.

This leaves us with May and June for the potential reveal, and it looks like NetherRealm Studios has picked the former to show off its latest fighting game.

Recently, it was also noted that the official website of Mortal Kombat had received a significant update hinting at the announcement of the upcoming title.

As Mortal Kombat 11 is already four years old, fans eagerly await any information regarding the upcoming game from the franchise. With the success of the previous titles, Mortal Kombat 12 is expected to be another hit for the developer.
