Gigabyte To Offer A Wide Variety of B760 Motherboards

Gigabyte has just launched 15 motherboard models based on the new Intel B760 chipset. These Gigabyte B760 motherboards include ATX, Micro ATX, and Mini ITX form factors.

The B series chipset from Intel might have been entry-level board in the past, but things have changed this time. The Gigabyte B760 boards now offer premium features on high-end boards like the Z790 series.

The Gigabyte B760 boards now feature tuned bios for easy overclocking, better power delivery, and good thermal design. Gigabyte has also introduced their DIY-friendly EZ-Latch design for the B760 boards that, according to the company, should make it easier for users to build and upgrade their systems in the future.

Gigabyte Aorus B760

The Gigabyte B760 chipset top-tier lineup includes:

  • Gigabyte B760 AORUS MASTER
  • Gigabyte B760M AORUS PRO AX
  • Gigabyte B760 AORUS ELITE AX

With the Gigabyte B760 boards, users can unlock DDR5 memory speeds up to 7600 MT/S on entry-level variants and can even go above top-tier Aorus boards. Still, it will be limited to pre-defined profiles saved within the bios. Gigabyte B760 motherboards will also offer DDR4 models for anyone not looking to upgrade just yet.

The Gigabyte B760 boards will come with up to a 16+2+1 Twin Digital VRM design with a fully covered heatsink. That should handle even the most power-hungry chip from Intel without any issues.

The new B760 boards from Gigabyte are impressive, diminishing the line between the Z and B series chipset from Intel. While with the DIY-friendly EZ-Latch design, users can now release their expensive graphics card with a push of a button.

What are your thoughts about the Gigabyte B760 lineup?
