6 Processors From 14th Gen Coming On 17th Oct!!

The leaked information from the sources of Videocardz revealed that Core i9-14900K, i7-14700K, and i5-14600K will arrive on October 17th. The reviews will go live on this date and be available for sale the same day.

Intel has planned an “AD” embargo on October 16th, which will tell us more about potential pre-orders from retail partners.

  • Ad Embargo: October 16, 2023, 6:00 AM PST
  • Sales & Reviews Embargo: October 17, 2023, 6:00 AM PST

This release date tells us about only six processors: Intel Core i9-14900K, i7-14700K, and i5-14600K and its KF variants without integrated graphics. The official announcement by Intel will be on September 19 during Innovation 2023.

Regarding the specifications, the Intel Core i9-14900K will feature 24 cores and 32 processing threads. These are divided into eight high-performance cores (P-Core) and 16 efficient hearts (E-Core). In short, like most Refresh CPUs, the only improvements are tied to increased clock rates.

Second on the list, the Intel Core i7-14700K is the exception, and compared to its predecessor, 4 additional E-Core cores are included. We are discussing a processor with 20 cores, 28 processing threads, and 33 MB of cache memory.

On the other hand, the Intel Core i5-14600K is stuck at the same 16-core, 20-thread configuration (6x P-Core + 8x E-Core). In this way, the difference only lies in the frequencies.
