God of War Ragnarok Gets New Game Plus In Latest Update

No Better Time To Revisit Ragnarok!

God of War Ragnarok was released five months ago without the New Game Plus mode, but the mode has finally been made available in the latest updates, and fans can now jump back into Kratos’ epic story with new armor, challenges, and other additional features.

New Game Plus mode requires players to beat the game once, and then all the weapons and armors from the last playthrough are available from the very beginning of the game’s story.

However, there are several exciting additions to the New Game Plus. The Black Bear armor allows players to experience God of War Ragnarok with Kratos’ cloak from the first parts of the game.

Previously, Kratos got rid of the cloak early in the game, likely due to it not being designed for combat throughout the game. However, Sony Santa Monica has now added the much-requested armor to the game.

The Spartan armor from Kratos’ flashback sequences can also be picked in New Game Plus, along with an armor set based on Ares from the original games.

The new mode has a lot more to offer than just the armor. It also brings a new level cap that means Kratos and the enemies can level up and become even stronger throughout the game.

Fans can also convert their level 9 equipment into the new “plus” version, allowing them to customize items with new enhancements. What are your thoughts on New Game Plus? Will you revisit God of War Ragnarok? Let’s discuss this in the comments below.
