Sony released Death Stranding for the PlayStation 4 on November 8th, 2019, and it was later launched on the PC platform on July 14th, 2020. This Game features excellent graphics and a well-built storyline.
The Game has been extremely popular among fans due to its unique gameplay and characters. You might know the main character of this Game as Daryl Dixon from one of the most successful and popular TV shows, The Walking Dead.
Today, Kojima productions announced on the third anniversary of Death Stranding that it has crossed over 10 million players worldwide across PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC platform. This is an impressive achievement for Hideo Kojima as he is sure to set a different type of experience in the future relating to the horror game series.

As the fans, Kojima, and the studio celebrate this significant achievement, we can’t forget what Kojima has already teased for his new games. As Death Stranding got this much attention now, we can be more sure that the second Game that Kojima Productions is developing is Death Stranding 2.
We haven’t heard any official news, but according to several reports, there are two games under development by Kojima Productions. A few days back 2-minute 30 seconds video leaked pertaining to early development of the Overdose game. Moreover, Kojima has teased Elle Fanning and Shiori Kutsuna to be featured in new games.
For now, we can’t be sure if the other Game will be Death Stranding 2, but with this much success with the first game, fans can be assured that the second game is most likely to be Death Stranding 2.
Previously, Kojima said in an interview that his next Game would also turn around the gaming and movie industry;
“IF THIS SUCCEEDS, IT’LL TURN THINGS AROUND – NOT JUST IN THE GAME INDUSTRY, BUT IN THE MOVIE INDUSTRY AS WELL,” HE CLAIMED.
With the hype created by Kojima, we believe that the next Game will reach 10 million players in just a few days. Expectations of fans are set extremely high, and they can’t be blamed as Kojima is trying to set the bar extremely high.
