On the official Xbox page, the release date isn’t mentioned. However, True Achievements is a reliable platform when it comes to leaked releases specifically related to the Xbox store. It also aligns with the release window of the game. 

So far, the game looks pretty good, so if the release date is set to 5th September, it is unlikely to be delayed. It should also be noted that in the same month, on 25th September, Silent Hill f will be released, so the horror genre fandom is eating well
