This year was an excellent start for AMD when the company announced its Ryzen 7000 family, followed by AMD Radeon 7900 XT and 7900 XTX graphics card. But the red team now has a lot more on its table.
AMD has just announced that CEO Dr. Lisa Su will host the opening Keynote for CES 2023 on the 4th of January.
The Red team caters to many sectors, including gaming, high-performance computing, and artificial intelligence. The company has repeatedly said that its goal is heavily focused on efficiency and sustainability in high-performance computing and the cloud.
AMD CEO Dr. Lisa Su also said,
I am excited for the opportunity to deliver a keynote at CES 2023 to highlight the next generation of high-performance and adaptive computing innovations and products that will push the boundaries on what is possible and play an essential role in helping solve our most important challenges.’’
AMD is expected to launch non-X variants of the Ryzen 7000 family alongside the much-awaited Ryzen 7000 3D-cache variants. Furthermore, the red team will also reveal its RDNA 3 offerings for desktop and mobility.
AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT and XTX might be excellent options for high-end users, but AMD has yet to announce its mid-range Radeon 7900 family. At the same time, the cheaper Ryzen 7000 non-X offering from AMD will make it easier to get onto the AM5 platform, a lot cheaper than what AMD is currently offering.
