GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB Review Samples Not Being Sent Out

Nvidia And Board Partners Not Interested!

The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB model will be among the few graphics card in the RTX 4000 lineup to launch without a Founder’s Edition. The graphics card will only be available through AIB partners with fewer models compared to its 8GB variant.

The Nvidia graphics card launch process usually involves a list of reviewers and samples provided by board partners. Nvidia is typically involved throughout the entire launch process, but the strategy has now been changed.

Nvidia does not seem to be interested in the launch of the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB. The green team will decide when the review embargo lifts, but that is about it.

According to the popular Youtube channel HardwareUnboxed, board partners of Nvidia are not thrilled about the upcoming GeForce RTX 4060 Ti launch.

This also means none of the board partners are excited about providing reviewers with review samples. The Youtuber claims that he has contacted various board partners, but none of them are sending review units.

However, fans can still expect coverage from the channel. HardwareUnboxed confirms the channel will buy a graphics card to review, but the video will not be available on launch day for potential customers interested in the GPU.

HardwareUnboxed is a reliable source with a good track record of providing its viewers with in-depth and detailed reviews before launch. While none of the board partners are interested in providing a review sample, the channel will not disappoint viewers.

The GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB is expected to launch this month on July 18 and will cost $500. For a whopping $100 premium over the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti, users will get twice the VRAM amount.
