Aaron Greenberg, Xbox’s VP of Marketing, recently replied to a tweet that reflected on the history of the Xbox 360.
This tweet referred to what was considered the prime of online gaming on Xbox Live. Between Call of Duty and Halo’s success, this was the platform for online games on consoles.
Aaron Greenberg’s response acknowledged Xbox’s legacy during this period but also provided hope for the future. According to his statement, Game Pass is the new pillar of the business, much like Xbox Live.
