Splitgate 2 was the highlight of this year’s Summer Game Fest, with the most controversial opening of its new trailer. The presenting developer took shots at Call of Duty and demanded that FPS be made great again before presenting a new trailer for Splitgate 2.

To nobody’s surprise, Splitgate 2 launched in a terrible state, with the developer facing public backlash and the game receiving mixed reviews on Steam.
