A few days ago, we discovered through a job listing for the senior producer position that Sony is establishing a new internal game production studio in partnership with PlayStation Visual Arts.

Another job posting has surfaced, stating that Naughty Dog is collaborating with a new PlayStation studio in San Diego, California, on “a beloved series.”

Although the name of the beloved series mentioned in the job posting is unknown, if we were to make an obvious guess, we would choose between Uncharted and The Last Of Us.

Because PlayStation 5 Visual Arts previously worked on The Last Of Us Part 1 and the new studio is collaborating with Naughty Dog, the developer of Uncharted and The Last Of Us, placing our bets on one of these two titles is relatively safe.

According to recent rumors, PlayStation Visual Arts planned to focus on independent projeAccordingrding to a Bloomberg report from last year, Visual Arts wanted to rebuild the first Uncharted game but did not go through the project due to some issues.

We cannot say for sure, and the only way to be certain is to wait for the official announcement, but if it is one of those two franchises, it will be fantastic news for all the fans.
