AI Meets QD-OLED!

[Press Release]  MSI has revealed its latest QD-OLED gaming monitors, led by the MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50 — the world’s first 27-inch 2K QD-OLED display with real-time human detection. Offering a 500Hz refresh rate and AI-powered optimization, it’s built to set a new standard for competitive gaming.

The MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50 features MSI OLED Care 3.0, using an AI Care Sensor with on-device processing to detect presence every 0.2 seconds. If no user is found, the monitor powers down or activates OLED Care to prevent burn-in and save energy.

Panel Protect now runs every 24 hours instead of 16, cutting interruptions while extending panel life.

All detection is handled locally on the monitor’s NPU, ensuring no data is stored or uploaded. Alongside privacy safeguards, the monitor delivers elite performance with a 500Hz refresh rate, 0.03ms response time, 1.5ms input lag, and support for both 27-inch and 24.5-inch modes.

With VESA ClearMR 21000 and DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, visuals remain sharp, smooth, and immersive.

With its blend of AI intelligence, privacy-focused design, and esports-ready specs, the MPG 271QR QD-OLED X50 is more than a display – it’s MSI’s vision of the future of gaming monitors.
