[Press Release] ARCTIC has launched MX-7, a new thermal paste designed to provide reliable cooling across a wide range of devices. It supports traditional desktop CPUs as well as demanding direct die applications found in GPUs, laptops, and console processors.
MX-7 uses a newly developed formula that lowers thermal resistance and delivers a clear performance improvement under sustained workloads. The compound is neither electrically conductive nor capacitive, which removes the risk of short circuits and makes it safe for sensitive hardware.
The paste has a thicker consistency and is not intended to be spread manually. An even layer forms through mounting pressure when the cooler is installed, helping ensure proper coverage in both standard and direct die setups.
Its improved cohesiveness also reduces the pump-out effect caused by repeated heat cycles, allowing performance to remain stable over time.
ARCTIC has also updated the syringe design to improve handling and application. Each unit includes an authenticity check, giving buyers a way to verify that the product is genuine.
MX-7 is available through the ARCTIC webshop, Amazon, eBay, and selected partners. It comes in multiple sizes with MX-Cleaner wipes, making it suitable for everything from single upgrades to long-term maintenance.
