Videocardz got their hands on the very first picture of the AMD Radeon RX 7600 graphics card. The upcoming mid-ranged RDNA3 graphics card was found in an undisclosed store in Asia, with plenty of stocks ready to go.
As retailers are always ready to stock up on a new product before official launch, it is normal to find PC hardware on shelves just before launch, like the AMD Radeon RX 7600. Furthermore, this is also a confirmation that AMD is indeed ready to launch its new mid-range card sooner than later.
The Radeon RX 7600 in the picture is from the Sapphire Pulse series. This variant of Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7600 is equipped with 8 GB of memory.
Aside from that, the packaging of the AMD Radeon Sapphire Pulse RX 7600 also confirms that the card will feature 32 CUs or 2048 Stream Processors with 32 MB of infinity cache.
Now that the Radeon RX 7600 is out in the blue, customers will be curious about the price. Well, according to the tip who provided the picture, the Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 7600 will be sold at around $249.
The Radeon RX 7600 is based on the Navi 33 RDNA3 GPU. The Radeon RX 7600 will be a direct competitor to the GeForce RTX 4060 from Nvidia, which also comes with 8 GB of memory. Since the card is not out yet, it is hard to estimate the performance of the new mid-range card from AMD.
The Radeon RX 7600 will probably provide more performance for its price compared to the Radeon RX 6600. Since it is not hard to find the Radeon RX 6650 XT for not more than $280, audiences are curious to learn about AMD’s offerings for $250.
Even though we were expecting the Radeon RX 7600 to come equipped with 16 GB of VRAM, it looks like AMD might have reserved it for its bigger brother, the Radeon RX 7600 XT. This graphics card might come equipped with 16 GB of memory, just like the rumored GeForce RTX 4060 Ti variant from Nvidia.
