However, ever since Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet‘s first trailer was released, the studio has been facing a massive backlash. The fandom is concerned that the developer is now fully indulged in the DEI.
Naughty Dog just recently tweeted to wish fans a happy holiday with concept art featuring the lead of Intergalactic. Due to that, fans have trolled the developer in the comments section.
Why it matters: Naughty Dog has developed a legendary legacy in the gaming world, so it is sad to see it getting treated this way by the fandom due to its questionable decisions.

Fans are also pointing out how Tati Gabrielle recently posted a quite controversial story. The story’s context and contents have almost confirmed that the game’s focus is on DEI. Due to that, another massive controversy has started, and now the fans are targeting Tati, too.
This whole controversy is likely to get out of hand, as the game’s dislike ratio has already far surpassed Concord’s record. We have already seen what happens to games with such reception, so it isn’t looking good for Naughty Dog.
