Contraband Was In Development For Five Years

Following the recent layoffs at Xbox, which led to multiple cancellations, many thought that Contraband would be another title to get canceled. However, a job listing suggested that the title was still ongoing, and Avalanche was hiring developers to work on the title.

While it remains to be seen what the future holds for the title, things aren’t looking good, as the reveal trailer was also delisted from the official Xbox YouTube Channel recently.
