Back in February this year, Microsoft announced Xbox Game Pass service for the Xbox One console. This is a game service by Microsoft which grants users the access to over 100 popular Xbox One and Xbox 360 backward compatible titles with a monthly fee of $9.99.

As announced by Microsoft, the subscription service will kick off from June 1st and will be offering over 100 titles. Some confirmed titles include Halo 5, Gears of War, Sunset Overdrive, Resident Evil 0, the full BioShock trilogy, plus indie games Spelunky, Terraria, Brothers and Stacking. While the complete list of games can be seen from here.

The service will be different from Sony’s PlayStation Now, which only allows game streaming. While the Xbox Game Pass will allow users to download full games along with the DLCs. Additionally, the subscribers will be able to get discounts on almost all the games in the Xbox catalog.

It also enables the players to download the game on their account and then keep playing it while remaining offline. The studio will keep updating the games’ cycle every month, so players will be able to download new titles the next month.

Below is the little walkthrough of the Xbox One Pass;

Since the studio is working with famous third party game developers such as 2K Games, Bandai Namco, Capcom and many others, we might see more interesting titles in the future.
