Machine Games and Bethesda have released the minimum and recommended requirements for Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, the standalone expansion of Wolfenstein: The New Order, one of the best shooters of recent times.


While still high, at least not include a Core i7 as a minimum requirement, while the video card requirement moderate as for The New Order. Hopefully this time we will not face stuttering problems.

In Wolfenstein: The Old Blood our hero BJ Blazkowicz back to 1946 in an adventure that spans eight chapters and two interconnected stories (published together) that lead to the events of The New Order. The first part of Wolfenstein: The Old Blood, Rudi Jäger and The den of wolves, BJ Blazkowicz faces against a maniac warden. Blazkowicz infiltrates the castle Wolfenstein to try to steal the coordinates of the complex of the general Calavera. In the second part, The dark secrets of Helga Von Schabbs, finding the coordinates take our hero to the city of Wulfburg, where a Nazi obsessed archaeologist is digging up mysterious artifacts that threaten to release an ancient and dark power.

Wolfenstein: The Old Blood will come to consoles and PC via Steam on May 5. The game will cost you $20. The pre-order for PC beginning on 1 May.

Recommended requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 7 64-Bit / 64-Bit Windows 8
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 / AMD FX-8350
  • RAM: 8GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 / AMD Radeon R9 280 (3GB or more VRAM)
  • Disk Space: 38GB
