Microsoft says Windows 10 is the best Windows ever. This means that the most popular computer operating system of all time, Windows 10, should meet a lot of high expectations.

When it comes to the PC market, Microsoft Windows rules it so well that all competition seems to be more or less a one-horse race. The latest version of Windows, Windows 10, ticks the most basic boxes, making it the first choice for casual as well as professional users.

There are many ways to get a Windows 10 key, and their price ranges from completely free to $309, depending on which version of Windows 10 you want. Of course, you can buy a cheap Windows 10 key online, but there are other websites that sell Windows 10 keys at a lower price.

Windows 10 also offers some great features. From the well-designed start menu, continuing the fun desktop experience and great gaming features, all the way to the all-new Microsoft Edge.

We are going to list the best Windows 10 features that you should know in 2021.

Windows Launcher integration with Android

Installing the Microsoft Launcher app on your phone opens up a plethora of ways to sync and integrate your Android phone with your Windows 10 PC.

With this app installed, you can:

  • View the photos on your phone and drag them into the Windows apps.
  • Send text messages from your phone using your computer.
  • You can view the Windows 10 timeline from your phone.
  • View Android OS apps directly on your Windows 10 PC
  • Send websites directly from your phone to your computer.

The new Microsoft Edge is the best browser ever created by Microsoft

Microsoft Edge is the default web browser in Windows 10. It replaced the tired old Internet Explorer and used EdgeHTML, a completely new rendering engine.

It’s the same engine as Google Chrome or Opera, and in addition to being very fast, it also means that you can download and install extensions from the Chrome Web Store! However, please note that the new Microsoft Edge is not installed by default on Windows 10 (May 2020 Update) at the time of publishing this article.

It is rumoured that it will reach us all via Windows Update this year, but for now, you can update it manually from the download webpage.

Improved Multitasking

The new multi-desktop feature allows you to run another set of windows as if you were on another screen, but without the actual screen. This is similar to Apple’s Spaces feature in OS X and helps you manage multiple apps and open windows.

You can set up a completely different virtual desktop for those programs. Set one up specifically for home and leave your apps like Netflix and Amazon open, and create another desktop for work where you keep Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer open…

Microsoft has also updated its multitasking Snap View feature to allow you to dock windows in all four corners of your screen. While you could previously split your screen between apps, the number of programs you could have side by side was limited by your device’s screen resolution.

Dark Mode

If you’re tired of the same old File Explorer look, you can make things jittery by switching to File Explorer’s dark mode.

How to enable File Explorer dark mode:

  1. open configuration settings.
  2. Select the colors.
  3. Scroll down to choose the default app mode.
  4. Choose a Dark theme.
  5. Once enabled, all system windows (such as File Explorer) will have a dark background. Not only does it look sharper than a traditional file browser, but it’s also more pleasing to the eye.

Nearby Sharing

You no longer need to connect your devices to your computer via a USB cable. Windows 10 features Nearby Sharing, which allows you to share content and files with devices connected to your Wi-Fi network or connected to your computer via Bluetooth.

How to enables this feature:

  1. open configuration settings.
  2. Identify common experiences.
  3. Enable Nearby Sharing.

Now when you select Share in a Microsoft Word document, or select Share by right-clicking on a file, you’ll see other Windows 10 PCs connected to your network (or via Bluetooth) with which you can share the file. Please note that Nearby Sharing must be enabled for all computers for this feature to work.
