Ubisoft has announced partnership with Major League Hacking, and confirmed that the winners of this year’s competition will be given free copies of the upcoming Watch Dogs 2, which is also based on a group of hackers in San Francisco.

Ubisoft Offering Watch Dogs 2 for free to the Best Hackers

Major League Hacking is an organization that organizes, host and sponsor hacking competitions and the upcoming event will be educational, based on a project to show how easily the privacy can be ‘compromised’ in real life using today’s devices. The organization will be hosting a series of hackathons, where the winners of every event will a getting a copy of Watch Dogs 2. According to MLH,

Students at MLH events will be challenged to design a project to demonstrate just how easy data privacy can be compromised on real-life smart devices.

Furthermore, the Major League Hacking will also be hosting hackathon competitions that are inspired by game’s Capture the Flag mode. Similar to the previous competition, winners of each hackathon will be given copies of Watch Dogs 2 along with a free trip to Montreal for a meet up with the game developers. Hackers will have to find out vulnerabilities in a ‘stimulated environment’ so they can learn to protect themselves from their applications.

Ubisoft did different kind of promotional activities during the release of Far Cry Primal, where winners of the contest were given free copies of the game and were also asked to go on camping in the Pyrenees.

In the search for Marcus to disable cts 2.0 once and for all, skills as a hacker will be the perfect weapon to achieve the mission. With the ability to control the drones, cars, cranes, security robots and much more at your disposal, players can choose to use a stealthy hacking to complete their missions without killing any enemies or use a fiercer approach by frontal attacks.
