Ubisoft today announced that Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege has surpassed the mark of 30 million registered players across all platforms. Released in 2015, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege has become one of the most successful multiplayer shooters and continues its evolution in Year Three with regular content updates, from the premiere of “Operation Chimera”, “Outbreak” and a variety of additional improvements

This year, the title also achieved a record 321,000 concurrent players, who tuned into the final of the Six Invitational 2018 tournament, one of the largest Rainbow Six Siege championships to date, with more than 6.2 million hours around all channels during the event.

“On behalf of the entire team, we want to thank each member of our diverse global community for their support of our game. Our users are the most valuable element of the game. In the last three years, we have worked to create a solid and transparent community, while we grow and evolve the ever-expanding world of Rainbow Six Siege, “says Alexandre Remy, brand manager of Rainbow Six Siege. “We are tremendously honored to achieve this goal and will continue to do everything in our power to win every new person who decides to play.”

In line with the ongoing commitment to providing new and quality content, as well as integrating new members of its growing community of players, the vision of the Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege development team is to bring 100 operators to the game in the years to come.
