Respawn Entertainment is working on Titanfall 2, sequel to the famous first person shooter and multiplayer, Titanfall which was released back in 2014 without having any campaign mode.

Titanfall 2 Singleplayer Campaign Is Not Like Call of Duty – Respawn Entertainment

The studio decided to include a single-player campaign mode in Titanfall 2 and not only that, it is working on a campaign mode that will ‘appeal to as many gamers as possible‘, said the co-founder of Respawn Entertainment, Vince Zampella in his recent interview. He indicated that the team is working very hard with almost everything they can do for the new game which is set to hit the market later this year, in October.

Most of the shooter fans were disappointed when they found out that Titanfall doesn’t feature the campaign mode, but this time, the studio realized and decided to include a story mode, which must meet up to the demand of gamers.

Meanwhile the studio’s lead designer of single-player mode Mackey McCandlish during his interview with the CNET, said that the campaign mode will not feel like that of Call of Duty. It will be depending upon how you complete the mission with your choice.

It really isn’t your average linear, for lack of a better word, corridor FPS. It’s not like you’re getting pulled through this series of explosions or people yelling at you. There’s going to be very quiet moments where you’re taking in a broad environment and you have to figure out how you’re going to traverse it.”

Titanfall 2 is set for release on October 28 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Stay tuned for more updates!
