CD Projekt and IGN transmitted over two hours of gameplay for the PC version of The Witcher 3 showing first graphic options presented in that version. The PC they used for gameplay demo was equipped with a Core i7 (did not specify which model), 16GB of RAM and a GTX 980.

As we can see at 1:41:45, they were not using NVIDIA- Hairworks effects, Anti-Aliasing, Sharpening was on, and Ambient Occlusion was set to SSAO not HBAO. Rest every thing including Texture set to Ultra. Although generally seems to run very well (with a good machine), on May 19 we will see if a single GTX 980 is sufficient to activate the effects mentioned and play decently (30-40fps) on 1080p Resolution.
