The PlayStation 3 emulator for PC, RPCS3 continues to improve over time, and a proof of this is how The Last of Us looks today in this emulator, where it has nothing to envy even with respect to the version of the PlayStation 4 Pro.

If we look closely, aesthetically they are very similar, with the exception of better shadows for the version of the console, and some visual effects that are incorporated, such as offering a blurred image on the screen at a specific moment of the video (the video contains some spoilers). In other respects, the PlayStation 3 emulator for the PC version is better with more defined textures.

Best of all, the game ran at a perfect 60 FPS thanks to the use of an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 processor along with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 graphics card. Thus, with a basic gaming PC we already have this Triple A game and exclusive title already running at virtually the same quality as if played on a PlayStation 4 Pro.

The RPCS3 emulator can be downloaded from its official website for both PCs and Linux-based computers.
