Last night at QuakeCon 2018, Bethesda took the stage with some announcements and gameplay demo related to The Elder Scrolls Online.

According to the developers, The Elder Scrolls Online along with its expansion pack Morrowind will be available for free this weekend on the Steam. The offer has been started and will be running until August 15. While those who wants to purchase the base game should get it during the free weekend period as it has been discounted and now being sold at a price tag $10 (which also includes the Morrowind expansion pack).

The game is four years old but still going strong and enjoys an active player base. The developers were also working on new expansion packs ‘Wolfhunter‘ and ‘Murkmire‘ for the title and fans would be happy to know that the next DLC Wolfhunter is about to get released this Monday, August 13th for PC and Mac platforms and August 28th for PS4 and Xbox One.

Whereas the other expansion Murkmire is planned for release later this year. The DLC will be available for free for the subscribers of ESO Plus and could be purchased separately from the game’s Crown Store. Along with the expansion pack, players will be getting a free update # 19, which will bring new Battlegrounds map and improvements in the game.
