At CES Nvidia revealed it’s 192 core super-chip using the Nvidia Kepler Graphics architecture and 28nm, it’s the first time they use it in Tegra processor and this supper chip named as Tegra K1. Quad-core Cortex-A15 and Dual-Core Denver architecture is the two versions of this chip, Quad-core Cortex-A15 architecture is with the frequency of 2.3GHz and dual-core Denver architecture the highest frequency is 2.5GHz.The Denver architecture is the Nvidia ARMv8 is a 64-bit ARM core architecture.

Additionally, both are Tegra K1 with 192 Core Kepler GPU architecture, and it’s the same architecture Nvidia uses in today’s best cards, so we can say Tegra K1 will give the performance of Desktop level graphics, also NVIDIA partner Epic Games confirmed that this chip can also run Unreal Engine 4.

The Notebookcheck performs some benchmark test with a tablet equipped with Tegra K1. In benchmark following players join the party.
Notebookcheck joined Toshiba Satellite notebook GT740M (384 CUDA cores), HD Graphics 4200 Haswell processor, PowerVR G6430 (A7), Adreno 330 (Xiaolong 800) and Tegra 4 as a contrast with Tegra K1. 
At Gt 740m take a lead with 112Fps, which is equipped with ARM processor and even GPU can not match because double the CUDA Core of K1, at second Tegra K1 is with 60Fps almost half of Gt740m, even it’s CUDA cores are also half of Gt740m.
In the end, if we see the performance level the Tegra K1 with 192 Core, Kepler architecture almost beat the top elite ARM devices, and from the power composition point of view it’s not power hungry only 5W. So we can say Tega K1 will bring the new Era in Graphic mobile computing for Tablet, smart Phones and Smart T.vs.
