Famous simulation game The Sims 4 is all set to make its way towards Xbox One community later this year, after almost 3 years of its release.

Game’s listing was spotted on Microsoft Store for the Xbox One platform with a release date of November 17th, 2017. The Sims 4 was released back in 2014 for PC via Origin while no official announcement was made by Electronic Arts. The listing on Microsoft Store was indeed surprising for the Xbox One gamers.

The listing mentions both the editions of the game, vanilla and deluxe. Those who pre-order the vanilla edition will be getting The Sims 4 Perfect Patio Stuff, that includes ‘hot tubs, more fashion’ and ‘bonus décor’. While pre-ordering Deluxe edition will get you three days of early access, the Perfect Patio Stuff, and a number of digital contents such as Party digital content, Up All Night digital content, Awesome Animal Hats.

While no information regarding the pricing was shared by the store. The Sims 4 has received up to three DLCs: Get to Work, Get Together and City Living. This will be the first release from the famous franchise for Xbox One.
