Today Microsoft has announced that, they released a new version of the Windows Software Development Kit for the Kinect v2 sensors. This update is equipped with lots of new features, also allow the developers to sell their Kinect apps through the Microsoft Windows Store. Apart from the Update Microsoft has also announced the adapter kit which will cost you only $49.99 US dollar. This new Adapter kit allows the owners of XBox One to attach the sensor to their Windows PC’s and Tablets.

According to the Microsoft there are no charges for runtime licenses of commercial applications developed with this tool. The tools offered by Microsoft include Visual Gesture Builder, Kinect Studio and Kinect Fusion.
