Sapphire is preparing to launch an air-cooled Radeon RX 6900 XT Toxic Extreme Edition graphics card. We specifically mentioned air-cooled, because this model was announced with a hybrid cooling system, where the GPU core was supposed to be cooled by the copper block attached to a radiator. But now on the PCB, we have an aluminum radiator and fan to cool the residual heat from the rest of the components.
For the rest, the Sapphire Radeon RX 6900 XT Toxic will arrive with 5120 Stream Processors (it maintains the Navi 21 XTX chip) with ‘Turbo’ frequencies of 2425 MHz (vs 2730 MHz) 2730 MHz. It seems that there will be no RGB lighting either, it maintains the 3x 8 + 8 + 6-pin PCI-Express connectors to power and promise a power consumption of up to 400W of power (vs 430W), and as expected, do not expect to know any details about the availability or price.
