Samsung affirmed that its upcoming flagship Samsung Galaxy S6 to pack 4GB LPDDR4 RAM. Samsung made the announcement earlier this week that they are beginning to produce the next Gen 4 GB LPDDR4 RAM modules for the first time to pack in their upcoming flagship i.e.: Samsung Galaxy S6. For the first time we will be able to taste the power of LPDDR4 RAM in smartphones, which is considered to have twice the bandwidth than previous generations.

Samsung Galaxy S6 To Pack 4GB LPDDR4 RAM Considered Even Faster Than DDR3 RAM On PCs:

Because of these next Gen RAM Galaxy S6 will be able to click continuous 20MP or higher resolution pictures. Moreover, way better 4K video recording and playback.

Instead of having high performance, the next Gen LPDDR4 RAM offers a voltage of just 1.1 volts making it lowest memory power option.

It is considered that these upcoming memory modules will be even way faster than typical DDR3 RAM modules used in PCs.  So it will be wonderful to see Samsung Galaxy S6 how it performs with this next generation, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM considered to offer twice the bandwidth of current Gen mobile RAMs and even faster than typical DDR3 RAM used in the PC which is just amazing.
