According to the development team Crystal Dynamics, the upcoming Rise of the Tomb Raider is around 15 to 20 hours long, while 30 to 40 hours to complete the game 100%, which means that the game will also have various side missions and more exploring. It was reported that the area of the game has been increased by around 3 times as compared with previous one.

The designer at Crystal Dynamics, Mike Brinker recently had discussion related to the game in a new interview with Pixel Vulture, where he confirmed that game will take around 15 to 20 hours to finish the story.

Expect to spend around 30 -40 hours getting everything done. This is gathering every weapons, ability and completing every side quest. It all comes down to how you want to play through the game.

Running through the game will take you around 15 – 20 hours. So expect double the play time collecting everything and exploring every secret tomb. In terms of scale, all our hub spaces, the areas that allow you to explore and choose your own way to play, have been increased by three time the size. So there will be lots more to see and do in each area of the game too. We have more challenge tombs, crypts, caves, and a bunch of extra things to do like the side missions for the Remnant people, and the tomb guardians.

Rise of the Tomb Raider is scheduled for release on November 13 for Xbox One and Xbox 360 while the PS4 and PC versions will be coming sometime in 2016. Stay tuned for more!
