For the moment, what could be one of the star releases of this year in the video game industry, i.e Red Dead Redemption 2 has been announced for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but much of the community is expecting a miracle that happened with GTA 5, the Rockstar game came at some point to PC, but it seems that the developer does not want it that way.

In a recent interview on TwitchRockstar cut off any hope of a game launch on the PC, claiming outright that “Red Dead Redemption 2 “absolutely not coming to PC.”

However, this was confirmed to be a mistranslation by Red Dead Network on Twitter. They said they had “received a correction by” an Italian speaker, who says that the actual reply stated that “No, the game is for PS4 and Xbox.” Well, that’s obviously not a fantastic news for PC players too.

To be fair, it is very likely that, at one time or another, the studio ends up from that statement and version of Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available on the PCs. The reasons for this can be several, but the most concise of them is that GTA 5 for PC was a great success, especially with its GTA Online multiplayer mode , and the studio will not be deprived of this income for no reason .

At the moment, Rockstar wants to take full advantage of the game in its versions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and who knows whether to take advantage of the launch of the new generation to publish the Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC along with the new consoles.
