The newly published reports confirms that the Quantum Break will be running at 1080p and 30 fps on the Xbox One. A document during the presentation of Remedy Entertainment at SIGGRAPH 2015 last week indicates that the Quantum Break will run at 1080p. It stated that due to screen space, the image is 720p but the final image is 1080p. Check it below:
There were misconceptions previously as the people thought that the image is screened at 1280×720, therefore the game may run at 720p as well but new report hints that there is nothing to do with the final output. And that document reveals that the “final image is 1080p”.
A document from the same presentation also reveals that the Quantum Break is one of the anti-cipated game of 2015. It also won the Best Console Graphics Award at SIGGRAPH 2015 event last week as well as nominated for Best Rendering Technology at the SIGGRAPH.
Its also confirmed that the game will run at 30 fps, like other action-shooter games. The game is scheduled for release on April 5, 2016 for Xbox One. Stay tuned for more updates! Check out the GamesCom 2015 trailer below:
