PUBG Corporation rolled out a new event pass along with a map called Sanhok back in June and the developers have recently released a new update to fix some of issues and add visual improvements in the map.

Soon after the map was available to the players, the players found an exploit in the Sanhok map which allowed them to go completely invisible, and then popup suddenly in front of the nearby enemies to kill them. The glitch was found by many players in the southwest corner of the map and was sort of annoying for many gamers. Thanks to the developers for acknowledging the exploit and fixing it quickly.

Contrarily, for the players who used the exploit to kill enemies without them noticing you should know that the fun games are over. The fix was mentioned in the patch notes of update no. 17 which states that “an issue where some terrain in Sanhok could be passed through.”

Apart from that fix, the new update also brings some visual improvements for the game by adding some extra visual details in the map’s ruins and cliffs and rocks across the maps have been enhanced with added cracks and mossy rubble piles, while it also fixes the issue where the crossbow’s reticles were misaligned.

The update 17 is currently available for PUBG Test Servers and will be rolled out for the gamers once it is voted as stable by the players. In the other news, the game will be getting new lobby, background music and loading screen for the PUBG Global Invitational tournament which will be held from July 25th to 29th in Berlin, Germany.
