Chief Financial Officer of the Mad Catz, David McKeon during his conference claimed that combined sales of both the console giants, Sony’s PlayStation 4 and Microsoft’s Xbox One are around 60 million units.

PS4 and Xbox One Combined Sales are around 60 million units

Mad Catz held its conference of Q3 earnings last night where he revealed the figures of sales in units of both the current generation consoles. It was announced a few weeks ago that the combine sales of both the consoles are around 55 million units. Out of 55, 36 million units were of Sony’s PlayStation 4.

Moreover, the Mad Catz Chief Financial Officer David McKeon estimated that around 150 million units would be sold by both the rivals by the end of the year 2018.

The PlayStation 4 is mostly favored among the console gamers as compared with the Xbox One if we talk about the unit sales. Although, in the race of previous generation consoles, Microsoft’s Xbox 360 was the market leader but the ground seems to be different in current-gen race. When last time Microsoft revealed their console sales, it was around 10 million units, probably during late 2014.
