Xbox Project Scorpio, the most powerful console ever built according to the Microsoft was revealed during the company’s E3 2016 press conference after being rumored over the internet for a while.
The new high-end console, code-named as Project Scorpio is capable of delivering 4K output and ‘high fidelity virtual reality‘. Specifications of the console were revealed and it was confirmed for release next year. Many current generation console owners, namely Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners seemed disappointed after the confirmation of a new console as the standard version of the console was released only three years ago.
Many console gamers didn’t like the concept of hardware upgrades on the consoles between the life cycle of a console while some developers such as Bethesda, Epic Games and a few other seemed excited and thrilled after the official confirmation of the new, 4K capable consoles.
However, some of us must have wondered if the work on new Project Scorpio’s game has started or not and the answer is YES. Xbox chief Phil Spencer on his Twitter while replying one of his followers, confirmed that the work on the project has already begun on console’s hardware, platform and games.

This indicates that 4K supported games are also under works for the console gamers and in the near future, they will also be able to experience video games on 4K output. Microsoft assured its fans that both the consoles will co-exist together and there won’t be any exclusives for the Project Scorpio.
