GeForce GTX-900 Series

According to VideoCardz news, NVIDIA will separate the two days for the release of its second generation of Maxwell GPU architecture and Graphic Cards which are equipped with it released after a few days. According to several news those two days are of next month September 9th and 10th. On September 19 Nvidia will release GeForce GTX 980 and GTX 970 . We can say Gtx 800 Series has been skipped like same Nvidia did before for Gtx 300 Series. As for the high-end GTX 960, this card will also use the second generation of Maxwell architecture. For GTX 900M series mobile graphics cards probably we have to wait until October.

GeForce GTX-900 Series

GTX 980 and GTX 970 are equipped with the second generation of Maxwell based GM204 core architecture, process technology has not been confirmed. GTX 980 is GM204-400, performance ratio is slightly higher than GTX 780 Ti, GTX 970 is GM204-200, ranging between GTX 780 and GTX 780 Ti, performance closer to the latter. Both will be equipped with 4GB / 256-bit GDDR5 memory. These two Graphic Card TDP will be very touching.
