NVIDIA currently offers only a few mobile GeForce 900M series graphics cards – the GTX 980M and GTX 970M, which are or top-class notebooks. However, it seems that soon will get a series of replenishment.

Videocardz said that soon mobile industry will meet new contenders i.e. GeForce GTX 960M, GTX 950M and GTX 940M, which will debut in ASUS, Acer and Lenovo laptops.

As per Videocardz the GeForce GTX 960M and GeForce GTX 950M’s specifications will be very similar. They are based on the GPU core GM107 (Maxwell) with 640 CUDA cores, 2 GB of GDDR5 memory and 128-bit bus. The distinction between 2 is just different core clocks.

GeForce GeForce 940M graphics processor will benefit from the GM108 with 384 CUDA cores, 4GB of DDR3 memory and 64-bit bus. It is likely that in market it may appear with modifications and 2 GB of DDR3 memory, 4 GB of memory for entry level adapter is seriously too much.

In the end the GeForce 930M GPU, which will incorporate 256 CUDA cores, 2 GB of DDR3 memory and 64-bit memory bus width.
