Currently the GeForce GTX 965m plays a fundamental role in gaming laptops, because it reduces the gap between midrange graphics such as the GeForce GTX 960M and with a high-end graphics such as the GeForce GTX 970M. It is now known that NVIDIA will launch enhanced version of the GTX 965m (N16E-GS) to a faster version GTX 965m (N15E-GR) in early 2016, which has already been dubbed unofficially as the GeForce GTX 965m Ti.

According to the leaked information, this will keep the Maxwell GPU based on 640 CUDA Cores, 40 TMUs and 16 ROPs, so that the improvements are limited to frequencies increase. We see the base frequency and goes from 924 to 935 MHz, while the Turbo frequencies pass 950 to 1151 MHz, which corresponds to an increase of 20 percent in their frequencies. The GPU is expected to be available early this year in MSI, Clevo and Gigabyte gaming notebooks, the other manufacturers must wait for the expiry of the exclusivity of the main collaborators of the company.
